It is our most comprehensive professional coach training program, designed to accredit professional coaches. It was created for people who want to train to become accredited, skilled professional life, executive, and team coaches, as well as for people who want to reach their full potential in life.
Our PCD is accredited by the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring (IAPC&M), the Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM), and the International Coach Federation (ICF). Additionally, our training standards are recognized by the International Regulator of Coaching and Mentoring (IRCM).
Most people take an average of 10 to 12 months to complete our PCD program. However, we allow up to 18 months for you to finish the program.
Our training consists of a 4-day residential experience, 12 distance learning modules with tasks and reflective exercises, 7 personal mentoring calls, joining a study buddy group, and completing required written assignments.
A qualified, accredited professional coach should earn between $100 to $250+ an hour. This typically provides an additional part-time income of between $2,000 to $5,000 a month, or a full-time income of between $8,000 to $20,000 a month.
The residential experience includes an intensive Day 1 with our CEO Gerard O'Donovan, where he teaches coaching techniques and practices. Day 2 is led by a Master Coach and goes deeper into overcoming limiting beliefs and timelines. Day 3 is faster-paced with group exercises to develop your competence as a professional coach.
We require a 1,000-word critique of the Co-Active Coaching Course Book, 3 essays of 1,000 to 1,500 words each chosen from 15 subjects, and a thesis on Coaching consisting of 8,000 to 20,000 words. We then turn your thesis into a professional ebook and return it to you to use with prospective clients.
Yes, you will receive 7 personal mentoring calls from a qualified, accredited Senior Coach. You will be mentored to develop your coaching skills by working as a coach to a Senior Coach who role-plays as a client.
